Curriculum Officials

The DDD Dashboard is a tool that provides information that can be used by Curriculum Officials to improve subject performance. The information can be used to identify problem areas and intervene accordingly.

Please see below the data and reports that are available on the DDD Dashboard to assist with your school management activities.

  • Data would be needed by Subject Advisors / Curriculum Officials for the following items:
    • 1. Identifying students in need of extra support before it’s too late
    • 2. Indicate the qualifications of the educators
    • 3. Profiling schools to analyse if they are excellent, good or at risk. Then profile the educators in a similar way; look at their qualifications and years of experience. Then look at learner’s performance, including the tasks covered under the Task Marks section

  • The DDD Dashboard has the following reports or data sets that can help the Subject Advisors / Curriculum Officials:
    • 1. Learner Intervention Planning Report
    • 2. Educator information report
    • 3. Summary page – under the Phase tab
    • 4. Tasks covered
    • 5. Subject Performance Report
    • 6. School Achievement Report
